I recently stumbled across the cliche that is old caused by Cicero: “More is lost by indecision than wrong decision.”

Every company is being expected to create choices with incomplete information appropriate now.  Exactly what information that is limited do have can change quickly. Nathan writes exactly how we are able to “develop a capability to deal with uncertainty — to find the possibilities and opportunities within the unknown, rather than to panic and retreat from risk.”  i love considering this as a “capability,” a thing that people and companies can work out to obtain much better at in the long run.  

For all of the mention companies learning how to “be agile” throughout the last couple of years, this period that is uncertain the acid test.  It also highlights a skill that is related companies will have to adopt — strength.
